The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of e-marketing moderator on market orientation on firm performance in Mazandaran province convenience stores in 2019. The "research method" was descriptive in this study from correlational type. According to Cochran's table, the sample size was 143 people, including managers and staff of the convenience store. "Research results" showed that market orientation has a positive and significant impact on marketing capability; marketing capability has a positive and significant impact on firm performance.
