Today, purchasers need more Project Management skills and analytical experience to deliver what is expected as the old phrase states ‘’hire for attitude – train for skills and go for higher motivated Project Managers”. This book is a proposal Project for change the difficulties of the Purchasing system and helps for insight the idea to fix a continuity issue as well as inserting the global new codes to the company system. Project Management was our perfect tool to make things done. This proposal was given to the second largest company for home appliances ELECTROLUX, and was a final report for a Master Degree in International Project Management – ESC Clermont. It might enhance students of Project Management to look at a real case and how the proposal solves it.
