The results of this study revealed that: 1- defects in sperm parameters and sperm chromatin status as well as excessive levels of oxidative stress contribute to the etiology of infertility. 2- Semen quality after activation is the most important factor for predication of successful pregnancy in IUI. 3-The results obtained suggest that IUI with high quality sperm recovered via density gradient centrifugation and superior mode of treatment for couples with unexplained infertility. 4- The pregnancy rate following IUI is positively affected by the increase of sperm concentration, progressive motility (A+B) and normal morphology and also by decrease leukocyte concentration, MDA concentration and sperm chromatin maturity. 5- The pregnancy rate in IUI is negatively affected by increase age, duration of infertility and smoking. 6- Intrauterine insemination is a useful treatment option for many couples are non-sever male factor infertility.
