Controversial Social Factors and English Language Learning in Pakistan

Prevailing social factors in contrast with English language learning in rural areas of Pakistan have always been a controversy. The author has tried to unveil the key issues which impede the successful foreign language learning process. Finally, the author suggests some of the particle ways to tackle the situation and help the learning by raising the foreign language learning standards in remote areas of Pakistan.
