Impact assessment system and operational manual

This book describes the experience of developing a system of impact assessment in higher education. The first part deals with the developing of the system, its implementation, testing it and its evaluation. The second part highlights the way of implementing the system step by step. The operational manual highlights the inputs, the processes and the monitoring and evaluation of the system. The system was adopted by almost all universities in Egypt and proved its feasibility.
